In 2023, the team was initially incubated with a focus on innovative solutions in industrial big data and intelligent control. It established collaborative exchanges with research groups including the Chip Research Laboratory at the National University of Singapore (NUS), the School of Data Science at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney), and the Department of Computing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, laying the foundation for its entrepreneurial direction in cutting-edge technologies such as model compression and edge intelligence.

In 2024, the company was officially founded, targeting enterprises in modern energy, IC/chip manufacturing, smart transportation and cultural tourism, as well as video and cloud service providers. It launched core products including video acceleration computing, distributed storage, video compression, edge computing, and hyper-converged infrastructure to meet the demanding requirements of large-scale, high-concurrency, and low-latency data processing—enabling efficient operations in critical scenarios such as data centers, cloud computing, and storage.

The company made its debut at the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) and, thanks to its technical strength and innovative solutions, was awarded the “Rising Star Company of the Year” award.

In 2025, the company launched industrial-grade embedded computers (industrial PCs) and multimodal sensors, empowering manufacturing enterprises and renewable energy companies with capabilities in device interconnectivity, data acquisition, and intelligent control—enabling production process visualization and intelligent operations and maintenance.
